I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Petit Palace Arturo Soria Alcala. The breakfast was extraordinary, featuring a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, and even custom-made omelets. The warm and welcoming staff, especially the manager, made every effort to ensure we had a delightful experience.

The room was spacious enough for all of us. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the fresh fruits and pastries.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the experience, I found it acceptable.

Unpleasant experience with the warm temperature due to non-functioning air conditioning for the first two nights. The hotel hallways and room had an overwhelming smell from the old carpeting, which needed deep cleaning.

Awesome spot in Madrid!

Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it! The breakfast was a highlight, tons of choices and everything tasted great. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Only downside was the slightly cramped lobby. But no biggie! The area felt safe, with lots of local bars and places to eat nearby.

Conveniently located just a block from the metro, I appreciated not only the spacious room with a comfortable bed but also the hotel's access to local restaurants. Breakfast offered a diverse menu, featuring fresh juices and a variety of pastries. On the downside, there was an inconsistency with the hot water during mornings, and the acoustic insulation could be improved, as conversations from neighboring rooms were audible. Although there were some minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable.

During my stay as a Couple for 4 nights, the culinary scene nearby was a delightful surprise! I dove into the juicy hamburgers at Jota Cinco and got hooked on the tapas at Tapas 221. The breakfast spread was unmatched, with generous options from sweet pastries to fresh fruits. Plus, having a 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was a lifesaver!

Although it was a great stay, the hotel entrance was a bit tricky to find with poor lighting, giving it an odd vibe. We encountered some hiccups with room amenities — the first night was all good, but the next night we had to chase down slippers and a bathing cap. On the plus side, the staff dealt with it like champs!

Clean room with a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi was great, but laundry services were slow.
